Appointments

You should be able to book an appointment or telephone consultation with the nurse or doctor, the same day or within 48 hrs

Visits

A doctor will visit 24 hours a day IF necessary, but generally it is better to come to the surgery, or talk to the doctor on the phone: the doctor will then decide if you need a visit

Repeat prescriptions

At present we only access repeat prescription requests by you ticking the boxes on your tear-off slip from your last prescription- soon you will be able order your prescription on-line

Complaints

We are not perfect- but we try ! Any complaints or suggestions can be put in writing to the practice manager.
